Black Sheep Racing, Whitemarsh’s High-Performance team, has been a part of the WBC for 2 years now! We all look forward to continuing to be active and supportive members of a wonderful community.

Black Sheep Racing is completely self-funded. Our primary aim – aside from rowing well – is to shepherd athletes to the highest levels in the sport by competing in the most prestigious regattas in the world, in particular World Championships and the Olympic Games.

As you can imagine, between travel and equipment alone, this can get expensive very quickly. Every dollar raised through various programs like this one goes to help these athletes on their mission, whether it be for boats, oars, travel, uniforms, and especially those steep entry fees!
