Spring Middle School Team
Who Should Join?
- Athletes 12 years old – 8th grade.
- Experienced athletes only.
- Athletes need to have previous experience on a program, or in a Learn-To-Row class.
- Athletes who want to focus on rowing technique and build their aerobic base fitness.
Program Goals and Expectations
- Have fun learning and developing the fundamentals of the rowing stroke.
- Learn how to scull (2 oars).
- Learn how to sweep (given a large enough program).
- Learn the basics so that athletes can become strong rowers in the future.
- Attend as many practices as possible.
